A) Shipping costs
Free shipping from Fr. 150.- (net goods value, only valid when shipped with DPD) otherwise:
DPD: Fr. 9.95 per parcel (net), delivery within 1 to 2 working days
Post Economy: Fr. 8.95 per parcel (net), delivery within 3 to 5 working days
Post Priority: Fr. 12.95 per parcel (net), delivery within 1 to 2 working days
We only ship to Switzerland and Fuerstentum Liechtenstein
B) With whom are we sending?
We send all parcels with DPD or Swiss Post. If you wish we can supply you the individual track & trace number.
C) When does my order leave the stock?
Your goods are normally leaving on the same day of your order our warehouse, if your order has been placed before 11.00 am. We send out every working day exept on official bank holidays.
D) Can there be a delivery and a separate invoice address?
Yes. When finishing the order process online you can inform us about extra delivery address.
DPD: The parcels will be delivered by DPD from Monday to Friday (personal handover against signature. If you are not at home DPD customers can send and receive parcels at the Pickup point that’s most convenient, whether it’s a busy

SWISS POST: The parcel will be delivered at the choosen destination (can be different of invoice address) in your letter or postbox. If you are not at home and want to have a safe delivery you can choose the new Swiss Post services My Post 24 and send you the parcel to a My Post24 / Pick up station. What's MyPost24? You can find more informations directly on www.swisspost.ch. For orders under the free shipping amount the official Swiss Post rates + Fr 2.- for packing material will be applied.
E) adress for returns?
