The cupping glass with ball is easy to use: you put the glass on the desired body. Then squeeze the ball to let the air escape. If you let go of the ball now, the air will retract into the ball and a vacuum will be created in the glass, which will draw in the affected area of the skin. Then the cupping is done. To loosen, carefully lift the cupping glass sideways.
