The soles filled with cinnamon bind moisture (sweat absorption) and spread a pleasant scent. Your cinnamon soles adapt to your shoe and your foot. Therefore, wear separate cinnamon soles in different shoes. The cinnamon soles work for about 2-3 months, depending on foot type and use. They should be replaced as soon as the cinnamon fragrance is no longer noticed.
